So we invent, develop, manufacture and build our own products - quality products that we can be sure are built to last.
In any business, the bits you don't see can matter almost as much as those you do. So we invest in our 'back office' operations too. By making our internal processes as efficient as possible we hope to make your dealings with us as enjoyable as possible.
We're not interested in just shifting boxes of kit. First, we look at problems, then we invent, innovate and engineer solutions. All with the aim of helping you create opportunities for increased sales.
For example, when Argos needed a new shopper management system, they couldn't simply pluck a ready-made system that did all they wanted off the shelf.
So they gave us the problem. And we found a solution that met their needs, then designed and built an efficient system that worked reliably day in day out. It's in every Argos store to this day.
Long-term relationships are built on trust. In turn, trust comes from being reliable. And reliability in our case comes from consistently delivering results for our customers.
So it speaks volumes that nearly all of our initial customers are still our customers. Interestingly, virtually all the systems we supplied nearly 15 years ago are still in operation – making very satisfactory returns on investment.
