We're not shiny-suited salesmen. Once we've installed a system, we don't just walk away.

We've a battalion of more than 40 support engineers. With close to 900 installation, training or maintenance visits each month, having a bit of military discipline and logistics expertise at the top comes in handy.

Our engineers clock up around 200,000 miles a month (boy, are we going to have to pay close attention to our carbon offsetting). One can be at your site in the early morning before you open, or at the end of the day, or at the still of night if that's what it takes. You'll recognise them by their ID cards and their uniform – smart Qm sweaters and jackets (not a shiny suit among them).

We provide support with military precision because our systems are mission-critical to your business. As you'd expect from Qm, we don't operate a 'one size fits all' approach. We're happy to tailor support to the level that best meets your needs and budget.
